What telecommunications skills are necessary to deploy the solution?

No IT skills at all are required to deploy the Fonyo solution in the cloud. For customers who prefer an on-premises deployment, basic networking skills are useful. If IT resources are not available, we can deploy it for you.

Do I need special telecommunications experience to administer my system?

Absolutely not. Fonyo is designed to make installation and use of our system easy.

What are my deployment options?

Fonyo offers a completely cloud hosted solution. Or, if you prefer, call control functionality can be deployed on a server at your location. Either way, our administrative features are available in the cloud for anytime, anywhere access.

What are my financing options?

Fonyo offers the flexibility of subscription (monthly) pricing for both our cloud and on-premises deployment options and all equipment. A discount may be available for annual payments in advance. For those who prefer, a one time purchase option is also available.

What equipment do I need?

With our cloud solution, most customers are able to use their existing broadband modems and wireless routers. Several server options are available for on-premises deployments.

Do I need an IT person to administer my system?

Absolutely not. Fonyo is designed to make installation and use of our system hassle free.

What is the installation process?

As with nearly all things Fonyo, we give you options when it comes to setting up your new system. Our setup options are managed by our Customer Onboarding Group and are designed to make your transition to a new Fonyo system efficient.

What are your support hours?

Plus, you'll always have access to 24/7 customer support.

How long does it take to start using Fonyo once we place an order?

There are a few factors involved, including your location, and phone number porting choice. For most customers the server part is setup the same day when you place an order. We will ship the phones following day (depending on the stock) and you could be using your new phone within 24 hours. We will keep you informed if your chosen desk phones are not in stock.

What equipment do I need?

Most customers are able to use their existing broadband modems and wireless routers. We'll send you the phones, so in most cases, the answer is none.

Which plan is right for my business?

How will my users be trained?

Training is included with your installation service. For customers who need more in-depth training, additional services are available.
